CTB Consulting, a leading IT consulting firm, today announced a new service offering to provide professional project management services to its clients. Based on the concept of a Project Management Office (PMO) CTB personnel will establish the processes that ensure that client IT projects are structured, planned and executed in a consistent manner that is effective. The service includes the implementation of project standards and structure that leads to the consistent collection, review and coordination of project plans, budgets and status reports. In addition, the service provides reports to client management on issues, progress and risks associated with each project.
Noted for its consistent track record of delivering client projects on-time and under budget CTB was approached by several of its clients to oversee their in-house projects. Project Management has always been a core internal competency at CTB Consulting, but up to now was not offered to clients as a separate service.

With the introduction of Microsoft Project Central, a web-based tool that allows project management to become a collaborative process, CTB can now offer both a PMO service and also the implementation of user-oriented tools for clients to establish their own PMO.
