CTB Consulting, a leading IT consulting firm, announced today that Garry Hawxhurst has joined its executive team as Senior Vice President in charge of the Consulting Service Group. Garry brings to the company over 25 years of executive experience in management information systems, finance and global project management.

Prior to joining CTB Consulting, Garry served as Vice President, Information Technology Services for MetLife Insurance Company where he directed 600 IT professionals in the areas of financial, accounting, actuarial, tax, human resource, facilities and services, and remittance processing groups.
As a Corporate Officer with Dun and Bradstreet, Garry was responsible for all worldwide MIS activities. He handled strategic planning for mainframe, network and desktop computing and was responsible for the operations and support activities for all of D&B’s worldwide entities. Under his guidance D&B consolidated the IT operations for 190 reporting entities into four operating groups. Garry also led the IT effort as D&B divested their businesses into three independent companies. – Cognizant, D&B Credit, and AC Nielsen.
Garry attained his BS in Accounting and MBA in Accounting and Finance from Syracuse University.
