CTB Consulting announced today that it has completed development of an incentive compensation system for the worldwide staff of ACNielsen. ACNielsen uses a complex model to determine and set incentive compensation. CTB integrated a feed and reporting process from ACNielsen’s Hyperion Decision Support Financial system that calculates incentive compensation pools for qualified staff.
ACNielsen is the world’s leading provider of market research, information and analysis to the consumer products and services industries with over 9,000 clients in 100 countries.
ACNielsen previously engaged CTB Consulting for a number of IT infrastructure, system development, Hyperion, and application web-enabling projects. CTB Consulting produced analysis reports for an earlier incentive compensation pilot. CTB’s early work included analysis of the system and design of the new system that provided for future needs and enhanced performance.
