The IT staff at Lenox Hill Hospital maintained 2000 devices
operating on several networks comprised of a variety of machines ranging from high-end
desktops to network terminals. With a limited IT staff, they needed a more efficient and
cost-effective way to manage their network.
CTB designed the architecture and infrastructure that led to the installation of a Citrix
Metaframe server that achieved the following:

 | defined an economical way of managing software distribution and upgrades
 | reduced the servicing of hardware devices
 | decreased the frequency and cost of having to replace and upgrade hardware

When Amerada Hess decided to convert their Novell network operations to an
integrated NT operation they turned to CTB Consulting to provide technical guidance.
Hess uses CTB Consulting to "jump start" new technologies that they wish to implement. |

Thompson Corporation sold their Newspaper Division (60+ daily/weekly newspapers)
to 11 different buyers. CTB Consulting disengaged the integrated infrastructure and
systems so that each divested until could continue operations with operational systems. |

At MetLife, CTB
Consulting designed and implemented a financial systems
infrastructure using Citrix Thin Client-Server. This system was used for
the corporate budget, consolidation, and reporting applications used by
management at all the MetLife divisions. It is also being used as a
platform for the implementation of a new Global General Ledger system. |

When Dun & Bradstreet split into three operating companies (D&B Financial,
Cognizant, and ACNielsen) they used CTB Consulting help them
split the IT Infrastructure
and systems so that all three operating groups could continue operations as separate entities.
