completed development of an incentive compensation system for the worldwide
staff of ACNielsen. ACNielsen uses a complex model to determine and set
incentive compensation. CTB integrated a feed and reporting process from
ACNielsen’s Hyperion Decision Support Financial system that calculates incentive
compensation pools for qualified staff.

ACNielsen previously engaged CTB Consulting for a number of IT infrastructure, system
